One-to-One Consultation Store Policy
Service Overview
Our one-to-one consultations provide personalised guidance on work-life balance, career development, and professional growth strategies. Sessions are conducted remotely via video call or phone at your convenience.
Booking & Payment
Booking: All consultations must be booked in advance through our online booking system
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer
Currency: All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds)
Scheduling & Duration
Session Length: 60 minutes per consultation
Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT
Booking Notice: Minimum 48 hours advance booking required
Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session
Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance
Late Cancellations: 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours in advance
No-Show Policy: No refund for sessions missed without prior notice
Provider Cancellations: Full refund plus 10% credit towards future session if we need to cancel

One follow-up email within 7 days for clarification questions

Ongoing unlimited support beyond the session
Written reports or detailed documentation

All consultation content remains strictly confidential. We do not share personal information or session details with third parties.

Stable internet connection for video calls
Computer/smartphone with camera and microphone
Quiet, private space for the duration of the session
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
