One-to-One Consultation Store Policy

Service Overview

Our one-to-one consultations provide personalised guidance on work-life balance, career development, and professional growth strategies. Sessions are conducted remotely via video call or phone at your convenience.

Booking & Payment

• Booking: All consultations must be booked in advance through our online booking system

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking

• Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer

• Currency: All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds)

Scheduling & Duration

• Session Length: 60 minutes per consultation

• Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT

• Booking Notice: Minimum 48 hours advance booking required

• Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session

Cancellation Policy

• Client Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance

• Late Cancellations: 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours in advance

• No-Show Policy: No refund for sessions missed without prior notice

• Provider Cancellations: Full refund plus 10% credit towards future session if we need to cancel

What's Included

• 60-minute personalised consultation session

• Follow-up summary email with key recommendations

• Basic resource materials relevant to your discussion

• One follow-up email within 7 days for clarification questions

What's Not Included

• Ongoing unlimited support beyond the session

• Written reports or detailed documentation

• Direct assistance with job applications or CV writing (guidance only)

• Guaranteed employment outcomes

Confidentiality

All consultation content remains strictly confidential. We do not share personal information or session details with third parties.

Technical Requirements

• Stable internet connection for video calls

• Computer/smartphone with camera and microphone

• Quiet, private space for the duration of the session

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
